We recommend arriving 2 hours prior to kick-off; check in at the Hyundai Club Concierge desk with Kimberly and Monica where you will receive your game Pregame Field credential.  This will give you time to visit the Team Store, locate the Owners Suite, visit with friends before heading down to the field for the Pregame field experience which begins 90 minutes prior to kickoff.  Look for the official NFL Clocks around the stadium to assist in managing your day.

All tickets and parking passes are mobile and available with your Ticketmaster account in the Buccaneers App.  If you don't have a Ticketmaster account, you will be prompted to create one in the App. Be sure to view your ticket in advance and add to your mobile device wallet to expedite your entry.  All guests require a ticket.

Step 1: Download the official Buccaneers App for free from the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device. Open the app, then select TICKETS on the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Select MY TICKETS button. Log in using the email address and password associated with your Ticketmaster Account. If you don't have a Ticketmaster account, you will be prompted to create one.

Step 3: To have your tickets scanned, select the appropriate game and then click View Barcode. For easy gameday access, add to your device's wallet.

Step 4: Barcodes will be live 48 hours prior to kickoff. You will see a blue line moving back and forth on the barcode. This indicates you have a "live" ticket. Screenshots will not be valid for entry. Swipe to have each ticket on your account scanned.

Enter Raymond James Stadium through the Hyundai Club Entrance and check in at the Concierge Desk located on the first-floor lobby of the Hyundai Club, with Kimberly and Monica and they will direct you to the owner suite, as well give you directions for entering the field.

A no bag policy is in effect for all events at Raymond James Stadium. Bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5" will not be allowed.
